If you get a virus and it damages your startup Menu, you will have to recreate the links in your startup menu.

Below is zip files of the startup menus that I have available. Just expand the zip file and copy the files to the following locations

All Users
1. Windows XP and Older
  1. c:\Documents and Settings\All users\Start Menu
2. Windows Vista and Windows 7
  1. c:\programData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu
Individual User
1. Windows XP and Older
  1. c:\Documents and Settings\username\Start Menu (substitute the user's name for username)
2. Windows Vista and Windows 7
  1. c:\users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu (substitute the user's name for username)

The available zip files are

Windows 7 64 Bit

The files will have shortcuts in it for programs that may or may not be on your computer. There also may not be a shortcut on this file that you need on yours. This is only a general list. You may have to alter this list once you install it.

NOTE: The zip file may be work on other operating systems besides the one that is mentioned but I have not validated if that is safe or not.
