Microsoft's SyncToy Utility
This is a neat utility to backup folders on your computer. This utility is from Microsoft and is currently free (at the time of this post. This could change)
You choose the folders that you want Synctoy to monitor. You tell it where you want to copy the folders to (preferably to a different hard drive). Then when you run the program, it makes sure both locations have identical files. This way if one of the location dies, such as your hard drive, the files are saved at another location.
