Pictures in E-mail is missing

Pictures are prevented from showing when you first get the email. This is for your protection in the event that the email is a spammer. If you want to allow the pictures, below is the various options you can do

Outlook (these steps may be available in Outlook Express also)

To allow the pictures to show only on one email but not on the rest, do the following

  1. Right click on the Email
  2. Click on Download Pictures

 

To allow the pictures all the time from a specific sender, do the following

  1. Right click on the Email
  2. Click on Add Sender to Safe Sender's List

 

To allow the pictures all the time from a specific domain, do the following

  1. Right click on the Email
  2. Click on Add the domain to Safe Sender's List

 

Change the settings for the downloading of pictures do the following

  1. Right click on a message picture and click Change Automatic download Settings
  2. Or do the following
  3. Click on Tools
  4. Click on Options
  5. Click on Security tab
  6. Click Change Automatic Download Settings...
  7. Make the changes that you want
  8. Click on OK

 

Outlook Express

Outlook Express may have the same features as above.

Change the settings for the downloading of pictures do the following

  1. Right click on a message picture and click Change Automatic download Settings
  2. Or do the following
  3. Click on Tools
  4. Click on Options
  5. Click on Security tab
  6. Uncheck or check Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail.
  7. Click on Apply
  8. Click on OK
