Died: Aug 24, 10

Age 72 of Goodlettsville. Preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Margaret Johnson. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Jo Ann Johnson; daughter, Jennifer Johnson Pursley (Mike); granddaughter, Dalton Pursley; sister, Sue Hargrove and brother, Mike Woods (Leeann). Mr. Johnson made his living making people feel beautiful. In addition to owning a salon, he spent 30 years as a distributor for Hawaiian Tropic. He was a member of Long Hollow Baptist Church and spent his final years ministering to inmates at the Davidson County jail from his wheelchair. His granddaughter Dalton, was the highlight of his life.
