How to set Cryptographics to Automatic

To enable cryptographic, do the following

Access Services
In the Services Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in, double-click Cryptographic Services.

The following window will appear

In the Startup type list, click Automatic

Click Start

Click OK
