How to add the menu bar to Internet Explorer
The menu bar is the part of Internet Explorer that allows you to make changes to IE. In Internet Explorer 8 it looks like this

If you do not have the menu bar enabled in Internet Explorer and want it on, here is how to enable it.
Method one
