Uninstall floppy drive controller

To remove the floppy controller, do the following

Go to Device Manager (This link will open in a different window)
You will see a plus next to Floppy disk controllers

Double-click till it is a minus

Highlight The standard floppy controller

Right click the standard floppy controller
Click on Uninstall
