Open All Programs Menu when Mouse Hovers over All Programs

If you move the mouse over the All Programs and the All Programs doesn't automatically expand, follow these steps to turn it on.

Go to Taskbar and Start Menu (This link will open in a different window)
Click Start Menu

Click on Customize

Click on Advanced tab.

Make sure Open submenus when I pause on them with my mouse is checked.

Click on OK

Click on OK again
