Everquest kicks you off server
If you are having an issue where the program kicks you out when you go to a specific area or some other issue when you go to a specific area, it may be due to how Everquest is installed.
Everquest is constantly coming out with new expansion packs. The default directory for the expansion packs sometimes vary. This can cause issues. You have to install the expansion packs into the same directory as the original install. When you start the install it will tell you what directory it is installing to.
Some of the defaults will be C:\program files\Everquest and others will be C:\program files\Sony\Everquest. If you installed the original disk at C:\program files\Everquest then you have to make sure the expansion packs are installed there also.
If Everquest and the expansion packs are installed in different directories, then you will have the above issue.
