Open Send a Fax
Click Add Cover Page

To create the cover page, do the following

Choose the design of the coversheet

Choose the following (or leave them unchecked. They are optional)

Urgent
For Review
Please Comment
Please Reply

Fill out the Sender Information (All information here is optional)

Enter the Subject (Optional)

Enter Comments (Optional)

Choose Logo (Optional)

Click Done
