There is two different views that is available for the Table
This allows you to add entries into the database. When you open the Database, it will automatically open in Datasheet View. If you have it in Design View and want to switch back to Datasheet View, follow these steps

Click the down arrow on View

Click Database View

This allows you to modify the setup of the database. When you open the Database, it will automatically open in Datasheet View. If you want to edit the layout, do the following
