Burn Slipstream Windows XP SP2 to CD

To burn the image using Nero 6 do the following
- Open Nero
- Choose CD-ROM (Boot) from the New Compilation 's Boot page.
- Under Source of boot image data, choose "Image file"
- Click Browse
- Navigate to the C:\bootfile folder
- Click on the Microsoft Corporation.img file (or other file if it is listed different)
- Select option for "Enable expert settings (for advanced users only)"
- Change "Kind of emulation" to No Emulation
- Change "Number of loaded sectors" to 4
- Load segment of sectors option should remain at its default value of 07c0
- Click the Label tab
- Under the Volume label, enter the name of the windows XP Label that you wrote down earlier
- Click on the button New
- Navigate to C:\xp
- Copy all the contents of C:\xp to the new CD
- Click Burn
- choose the drive you want to burn to.
Your disk has been made. If you have a system that has no important files on it, you can run the CD to see if its setup correctly.
