Tags help people find groups they might be interested in joining. You can change these at any time. To create or change it, do the following (we are going to use the group called "Test page again", however your group name will be different)

Click Test page again on left hand side under groups
Click the three dots to the right of Notifications (on top right of group page)

Click Edit Group Settings

Set Tags
