How to turn off Auto-play of videos
Facebook has it set to where videos auto-play when you scroll in view of them. You have the option to turn the auto-play feature off. At one time, you could enable or disable aut0-play on the mobile version of Facebook. Now I cannot find the feature on the mobile version. However, on my mobile, the videos will not auto play but it will on the browser (I am assuming they won't auto-play on your mobile Facebook). Below shows how to turn it off for the browser.
To turn off auto-play do the following

Open Facebook

Open Settings

On the left hand side, click Videos

You will see Auto-Play Videos

Click the down arrow on Default
 |

Click Off
