How to disable Google Updater from starting
If you do not want to delete Google update but you do not want it to run, here is how to do that.

Access Run or Search window

Type Taskschd.msc in the open field

Click OK
-
Click the Task Scheduler Library folder on the left pane. This displays a list of current tasks in the right pane.

Right-click both Google Update items
-
Click Delete
-
Click Yes button
-
Close Task Scheduler
-
Access Run or Search window
-
Type Services.msc
-
Click Enter
-
Right-click the Google Update Service
-
Click Properties
-
Click the drop-down menu next to Startup Type
-
Click Disabled
-
Click Apply
-
Restart the computer
If this doesn't work, you will need to uninstall the Google programs that uses the Updater
