Service Pack
Microsoft periodically creates service packs for windows to make it run better and fix security issues. You can add the service pack to the windows install so you don't have to add it after the install.
The latest version of Service Pack is Service Pack 3. It will probably be the last one for Windows XP since newer operating systems are out. However Microsoft May come out with another one, so you will need to check with them for the latest. You can download service pack 3 here. nLite will insert Service Pack 3 into the installation. If Microsoft does come out with a newer service pack than service pack 3, nLite may not work with the newer version. You will need to see if nlite has a newer version or an update to their software if there is a newer version of the service pack. You can go here to see if you have the latest nLite.
