No option to set Outlook Express as default

There is no option to select Outlook Express as the default mail client.

to fix this, follow these steps

Click on Start
Click on Run
Type in "C:\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE" /reg (Be sure to include the quotation marks)
Click on OK
