Troubleshoot ActiveX

You get an error message that you can't open the site because your Active X settings prevents opening the site. You have checked and your settings are correct. Below is steps you can do to fix the issue. (if one step doesn't work, try the next step. Click on the link for instructions on that step)

Enable Active X
If you get a message that Active X has to be installed, here is how to do that.
Install the latest Macromedia flash update at http://www.macromedia.com
Re-register cryptographic DLL files. Click here to do the manual method.
If the issue is with Windows update, go here for help with Windows Update issue.
