James Jeffery "Jimmy" Anderson

James Jeffrey Anderson, 75,
of Mount Juliet passed away Friday, May 21, 2015, at Extended Family
Care facility in Manchester, TN. Jimmy was the son of the late James
A. Anderson and Martha Loraine. (Gilbert) Anderson. Jimmy worked for
33 years at the DuPont plant in Old Hickory as a chemical process
operator. He enjoyed gardening, golf, and bowling. He was an active
member of Temple Baptist Church in Mount Juliet.
He is lovingly survived by his wife, Betty Anderson; children, Pam
Scoggins (Connie), Jamie Walkins (Ken), Jeff Anderson, Jack
Haralson, Heather Wright (Jeff), Steven Wayne (Sherry) and Shawn
Shepherd; Sisters, Jean McGighan (Bill) and Judy Anderson;
grandchildren, Amanda Ross, Joshua Webster, Christopher Scroggins,
Kayla Wakefield, Collin and Courtney Wright, Nathan and Jessica
Haralson, Gracie Watkins; great grandchildren, Savannah and Braydon
Johnson. Jimmy was preceded in death by his sister, Martha Rogers
and brother, Mickey Anderson.
There will be viewing and services at Heritage Funeral Home and
Memorial Gardens, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN.
Viewing will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Sunday, May 24th, and 12:00
to 2:00 PM on Monday, May 25th.
Memorial services and burial will begin at 2:00 PM on Monday.
