KNIGHT, SR., Jerry Randall Age 63 of
Hendersonville. Passed away November 16, 2008 at his home,
surrounded by his family, from complications associated with ALS
(Lou Gehrig's Disease). He was the son of the late Rudolph and Agnes
Knight. He was preceded in death by his sister, Romona Smith. He is
survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Elizabeth Kay; son, Randy
(Cyndi) Knight; daughter, Rachel (Bryan) Davidson; sister, Czarina
(Thomas) Farmer. He is also survived by five grandchildren, Laura
Knight and Olivia, Aubrey, Summitt and Shelbie Davidson. A private
graveside service will be held in the Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
Visitation with the family will be from 2-8 p.m., Tuesday, November
18, 2008 and from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, November
19, 2008. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be
made in memory of Jerry Knight to the MDA-ALS Clinic at Vanderbilt,
