DOOCHIN--Stephen. NARSAD, the Brain and Behavior Research Fund, mourns the passing on February 16, 2010 of our long serving former Executive Director, Stephen Doochin. He brought remarkable skills and effort to meet our goals of finding better treatments and cures for those suffering from mental illness. His compassion, insight and efforts were vital factors in our organization's growth. Our Scientific Council leadership, our Board of Directors and our staff all share the sense of great loss with his family; his wife, Cheryl Sandler, his daughter, Jamie and his son, Brian. NARSAD will initiate a research grant in his name and memory. - See more at: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/nytimes/obituary.aspx?pid=139843894#sthash.fXHK7nkJ.dpuf To access his obit, click here
