How to set sheet settings
The top rows can be repeated on each sheet that is printed. Example. If you worksheet expands to more than one page, you can have the title and names of each row appear on each sheet. To do this, do the following.
- Click on File
- Click on Page Setup.
- Click on the Sheet tab.
- Indicate the rows to repeat in the box to the right of Rows to repeat at top.
- Click on OK.
The columns on the left can be repeated on each sheet that is printed. Example. If you worksheet expands to more than one page and you have the rows numbered, you can have the numbers continue to the next page if you have more than one page.. To do this, do the following.
- Click on File
- Click on Page Setup.
- Click on the Sheet tab.
- Indicate the columns to repeat in the box to the right of Columns to repeat at left.
- Click on OK.
You can also indicate whether or not to print gridlines, Row and column headings, to print in black and white, Set the print quality, comments, and Cell errors. You can also set the page order. To do this, do the following.
- Click on File
- Click on Page Setup.
- Click on the Sheet tab.
- Choose the settings you want..
- Click on OK.
