filename could not be found

[Filename].[extension] could not be found

This can happen when you try to open a file from the list of most used files. To fix the issue, do the following

Make sure of the following
1. The file wasn't deleted
2. The file wasn't moved to another location
3. The file wasn't renamed
The number of characters in a path cannot exceed 218
1. If the number exceeds 218, you will need to shorten the name.
