How to align in Excel

Align text on bottom, center, or top of a cell

To set the alignment of the text to the bottom, center, or top of a cell, do the following.

Highlight the cell or cells.
Right click on the cell or cells
Click on format cells.
Click on alignment tab.
Adjust the text alignment.
