Show to or from

When you have mail in Outlook, it shows you who the mail is from so you don't have to open it to see who it is from. However, if you want to change it to show who it is addressed to, do the following

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click on View
  3. Click on Toolbars
  4. Click on Advanced
  5. In the drop down menu, Choose Sent To.

Now the mail will show who the mail is addressed to.

 

If you want it to show who the mail is from, do the following

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click on View
  3. Click on Toolbars
  4. Click on Advanced
  5. In the drop down menu, Choose Messages.

 

Other options you have are the following

  • Messages with AutoPreview
  • Last seven days
  • Unread messages in this folder
  • Sent to
  • Message Timeline
  • Define view
