How to open newer version of office files in older versions of Office

If you have a file that is created in a newer version of office and need to view it in an older version of office, you will need to do one of two things

Use a File converter from Microsoft (If one is available)
- File converter to convert 2003 to read 2007 version
Convert the file to an older format for the older version of office to read it. Select the product you need to do this with
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Publisher
- Word
