Windows Firewall allows Remote Assistance to go through so that it can communicate with your helper's PC.
To turn on Remote Assistance

Open Remote settings

Select the Allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer

Select Allow connections only from commuters running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication (recommended)

Click OK
