To access, do the following

Access Troubleshooting
Click View all

Click Program Compatibility Troubleshooter

Click Advanced

If you want the troubleshooter to automatically fix the issues (recommended) make sure Apply repairs automatically is checked

Click Run as administrator

Follow the prompts
