How to add printer to send to

You can add your printer to the send to list. By doing this, you do not have to open the file to print it. You just have to highlight it, select the printer on the send to and it will print. To set it up, do the following

  1. Click Start
  2. Click My Computer
  3. Click Tools
  4. Click Folder Options
  5. Click the View tab
  6. Place a Dot in Show hidden files and folders
  7. Click Apply
  8. Click OK
   
  • Double-click Local Disk (C:)
  • Double-click Documents and Settings
  • Double-click your username
  • Double-click the SendTo folder
  • Click Start
  • Click Printers and Faxes
  • Select the printer you want and drag the icon to the SendTo folder.

    To use the SendTo to print an item, do the following

    1. Highlight the file you want to print
    2. Right-click the file
    3. Click on SendTo
    4. Click on the printer
