Speed up Start Menu

Windows 10

If you want to increase the speed of the Startup menu, do the following

  1. Access REGEDIT (The page will open in a separate window)
  2. Double-click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER
   
  1. Double-click on Control Panel
   
  1. Double-click on Desktop
   
  1. On the right panel Double-click on MenuShowDelay
   
  1. Change the value from 400 to a smaller number (400 is default, smaller numbers are faster)
   
  1. Exit REGEDIT
    2.
  2. Reboot the computer
