Remove and install Telephon.ini

Click on the hyperlink for instructions for that step.

Use the search window to find Telephon.ini (The file may not be found in Windows 2000 and Windows XP)
Highlight the file
Hit the Delete Key
Close the search window
Click on Start
Click on Run
Type in C:\Windows\System\tapiini.exe (That does have two i's next to each other)
Click on OK

NOTE: You will not see the system do anything on step 7. If it is successful, the window will just go away. If it was not successful you will get an error message.
