Open System Restore

Note: System Restore is also called System Protection

To use, follow these steps

  1. Access System Restore

  1. First page is an introduction

   

  1. Click Next

   

  1. Click the restore point you want to use

   

  1. If there is not one that you want, put a check on Show more restore points (if there is still none listed, then you do not have any available)

   

  1. Once you have selected a restore point, click on Scan for affected programs

   

  1. It will show you what programs will be affected

   

  1. Click Close

   

  1. If you are satisfied with your choice, click Next

   

  1. System gives you a final chance to verify everything. If you still want to use the restore point, click Finish and System Restore will run and restart your computer
