Can't use Outside Content

Outside content is blocked to protect the user. To allow it do the following

Click Microsoft Office button
Click Excel Options
Click Trust center
Click Trust Center Setting
Choose external Content
Under Security Settings for Data Connections, click the circle on the left of Enable All Data Connections
Click OK
