Save as PDF file 

 You can save a Word document, Excel, and other office files as an Adobe PDF file. The PDF makes the file smaller and easier to send. To turn your document, Excel spreadsheet or other office file to a PDF do the following

  1. Click Save As

   
  1. Give the file a name that you want it to have on the file name section

   
  1. On the Save as type click the drop down arrow

   
 

  1. Select PDF (*.pdf)

   
  1. Click Save
