Manually backup History and Bookmarks

To backup your Chrome History manually, do the following

  1.  Press Win + R key simultaneously (Run Window will appear)

   
   

  1. Type %LocalAppData%

   

  1. Press Enter Key

   

                                                           OR

  1. Click OK

   

  1. Will open AppData > Local

   

  1. Double-click Google

   

  1. Double-click Chrome

   

  1. Double-click UserData

   

  1. Double-click Default

   

  1. Scroll down and highlight the file Bookmarks

   

  1. Copy Bookmarks

    1. Paste the Bookmarks in the location you want to copy it to

  2. Scroll down and highlight the file History

   

  1. Copy History

    1. Paste the History in the location you want to copy it to

 

If you need to restore the file, just repeat above but reverse the process.
