LEWIS, Saundra G. - Tuesday January 2, 2001. Age 57. Survived by husband, Charles R. “Chuck” Lewis of White House; parents Thomas and Myra Smith of Madison; daughter, Tonya (Jason) Billingsley of Hendersonville; son, Chad (Lisa) Lewis of Hendersonville; sisters, Cherry Cole of Red Boiling Springs and Karen Smith of Madison; brother, Larry Smith of Cookeville; five grandchildren. Remains rest at the funeral home Phillips-Robinson Co., 2707 Gallatin Road, where the family will receive friends on Thursday from 2-9 p.m. and where funeral services will be conducted on Friday, January 5, 2001 at 12 noon with Mr. North officiating. Active Pallbearers: Family. Interment Spring Hill Cemetery. PHILLIPS-ROBINSON CO. DIRECTORS, 262-3312
