PERRY, Richard Dean -- Age 57 Of Madison, TN, died Wednesday October 15, 2003, at Nashville General Hospital, from a long illness of cancer. He is preceded in death by his father, A.D. Perry, Jr.; his mother, Ann Davidson Perry; and his grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. A.D. Perry, Sr. of Nashville. Survivors include daughters, Leigh Anne Bandy, Misty Maldonado and Kimberly Perry; 4 grandchildren, Seth and Jayden Bandy and Jacob and Lexi Maldonado; two brothers, Larry D. Perry and Don M. Perry; and a sister, Barbara L. Keyes. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening, October 23rd from 6 until 8 p.m. at Eastland Funeral Home, 904 Gallatin Road. Burial will be by private ceremony. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Highland Academy, Highway 109 N. Portland, TN 37148. EASTLAND FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, (615) 227-9558.
