Jerry Adams, age 46, of Lebanon, passed away on May 13, 2016. The Memorial Service, conducted by Pastor Mike Shelby, is 5 p.m. Monday, May 16, 2016 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 2 p.m. until the service, then following the service until 7 p.m.

Mr. Adams was a project manager in construction. He is survived by wife Amy Taylor Adams, son Taylor Ryan Adams, parents Walter T. and Peggy J. Adams, and brother Thomas Adams.
