CD burning in safe mode

In order to burn a CD in Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking, you will have to have a CD burning software such as Nero, Sonic or some other burning software on the system. It still may not work depending on the version you have but it does work with some of the programs. Without the programs installed, you will not be able to burn a CD in Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking because the CD-ROM is disabled by default.
