Lock or unlock Taskbar

To Lock or unlock the taskbar do the following
To Lock the Taskbar

Access Taskbar

Put a check on Lock the taskbar

To Unlock the Taskbar

Access Taskbar
-
Uncheck Lock the taskbar

When the taskbar is unlocked a bar will appear (the bar is highlighted in red on the following picture)

If you put your cursor over the bar, you can drag and resize the taskbar item
You can also right click on the taskbar itself to lock or unlock it.
