Go to control panel (You can also access display by right clicking on the desktop and clicking on Properties.)
Double-click on Display
There is five tabs on the display

a. Theme tab - allows you to change the theme for your desktop.

b. Desktop - allows you to change your wallpaper.

c. Screensaver - allows you to choose your wallpaper and change power management.

d. Appearance - allows you to set the colors and appearance of your desktop.

e. Settings - allows you set the colors and resolution for your monitor.
