Network identification information
Each system in the network has to have a computer name, Workgroup and computer description.

Computer name - Each computer has to have a different name. You can give it a name that you want. (For example, if one computer is used by the finance department and the other computer used by legal. You can give the computer name of legal for one and finance for the other)

Workgroup - Is the name of the entire group of computers. The name has to match exactly on all computers in the network. Capitalization has to match also. It is best to use all capital letters. If one computer has the Workgroup name of McPherson then all computers have to have the workgroup name of McPherson. (if you have the p on McPherson capitalized on one and not on the other, they will not work. Both have to match)

Computer Description - is not important. You can enter anything you wish.
