Install network printer

Windows Vista

To install a network printer on a computer, follow these steps

  1. Go to control panel (This link will open in a different window)
  2. Double click Printers
   
  1. Click on Add a printer
   
  1. Click on Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer
   
  1. If it does not detect the printer, click The printer that I want isn't listed
   

 

  1. Type in the computer name and printer and click Next
   
  1. If it asks for a username and password, type the username and password in.
