Install network printer

Windows Vista

To install a network printer on a computer, follow these steps

Go to control panel (This link will open in a different window)
Double click Printers

Click on Add a printer

Click on Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer

If it does not detect the printer, click The printer that I want isn't listed

Type in the computer name and printer and click Next

If it asks for a username and password, type the username and password in.
