How to boot to Safe Mode

Windows ME

If system is on, Turn it off.
Then turn system back on and Start hitting function key F8 over and over again till you get the boot menu.

Press number 3

Press Enter

Once your in Safe Mode, it will look like Normal windows but it will have limited access to devices.
