Boot to normal mode

When a technician tells you to go to Normal Mode. It means the following

If system is off

Turn the system on
Let the system boot into windows without any interaction from you

If the system is in Safe mode, safe mode with networking, Safe mode command prompt only

Restart the computer
Allow the system to boot into windows without any interaction from you
