How to access Start or Tiles

Here is how to access Start or Tiles. Click your operating system

NOTE: In Windows 8, programs are called Apps

Put the cursor on the far right bottom corner or right top corner.
A menu will appear

Click on the Window's logo

When you click Start

It shows the programs you have on your computer

However it does not show all your programs. To see all the programs, you have on your computer, click the down arrow (If you have new apps installed, they will be listed here as well)

Now you will see the following
