Setting up E-mail in Outlook Hangs

When opening Outlook the first time, it hangs during the email setup, do the following (Click on the hyperlink for instructions for that step)

Go to control panel (This link will open in a different window)
Double-click Add/Remove Programs
Uninstall Microsoft Office (If it is installed. Also make sure you have the product key and software before removing)
Reboot the computer
Limit MSCONFIG
Reboot the computer
Install Microsoft Office (Do not open Outlook after install)
Do all Windows and Office updates
Reboot the computer
Create an account via control panel. Click here for instructions
Reboot the computer
Try opening Outlook
If you still cannot get Outlook to work, click here.
