To access Services, follow these steps

Access Via Computer Management

Open Computer Management
Click on Services

Access Via Search

Do a Search
Type Administrative Tools

Click on Administrative Tools

Access via Command Prompt

Open Command Prompt
Type Services.msc

Press Enter
